Ces accords sont contraires au droit administratif et constitutionnel, et cr\u00e9ent un terrible pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour le reste du pays. La surveillance ill\u00e9gale est inacceptable, qu&rsquo;elle soit le fait de profiteurs de donn\u00e9es ou de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat.
